Established by Joseph William Thornton in 1911, Thorntons plc today is a £215m turnover company employing over 4,000 chocolate lovers around the UK.
We are a vertically integrated business, engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and retail of confectionery across the UK, with nearly 400 shops and cafes and around 200 franchises together with internet, mail order and commercial services.
